Missing pork sandwich. Missing Mac and cheese. Instead of a 8 piece chicken I received a 4 piece chicken. I've ordered from this location twice and both times the order was messed up. One time I understand, but the second time something is wrong with staff at this location.

The biscuits on the Cajun filet biscuits were hard and almost white. Undercooked and stale. I know this isn't new, but I hate the plastic containers for the sides. Doesn't keep it warm. Bring back the styrofoam.

Fries are unseasoned and there are absolutely no sauces in the bag at all. The bo berry biscuits had no glaze at all.

everything was perfect this time!everything we ordered was included, the Bo* Fries had extra seasoning as requested and there were straws. no forks but that's fine.
