Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I ordered two Bo's Chicken Tenders Combo, a 3pc and 5pc. The food was fine, other than one of my 3 tenders only had a bite or two, so it was more like a 2pc. But, both of our drinks, a Pepsi and pink lemonade, were not just watered down, but basically all water. I also ordered two Peach Cobblers and didn't receive either one of them. That was a let down. I don't usually have any problem with Bo's, but this time was more bad than good.

Steak Biscuit ...steak seemed slightly Undercooked. Bo-Tato Rounds® ....Cold and heavy on the onion flavor (almost like a hushpuppy flavor). Bo-Berry Biscuit®...smelled heavenly but whomever is doing these overcooked them to the point the only part not too hard to bite was the very center.
I think we'll skip ordering from here next time.

the fries I received were SO salty they were inedible. our chicken bites were over cooked and rock solid. also inedible. the only thing that was good was the Dr pepper.

I wish they'd teach their employees to check things more thoroughly. I don't drive so it's unlikely I will come to the store for them to make it right. Once again, they didn't add cheese I paid for, sent the wrong dipping sauce, left out condiments, and no napkins no straw. I've called in the past and they've offered to replace it but like I said I don't drive so.. the food is great, the accuracy, not so much.
