i ordered the gravy biscuit combo and it was excellent. the biscuit was good and fluffy and had a good amount of gravy. the bo rounds were delicious as usual. i will continue to purchase from this store, thank you to the staff

I had a craving for whole chicken, and unfortunately it's Bojangles' or Popeye's here in Hartwell. I expected to regret my decision, as it's notorious for its poor quality, and customer service. BUT, I WAS THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE WITH BOJANGLES' I EVER HAD! All the food was hot, freshly made, and the order was correct. Even the tea was spot on. It was southern fried heaven. They didn't throw in the hot sauce for my husband, but even he, (the biggest food snob of all) said "sauce would ruin this." Thanks Bojangles' for restoring a bit of faith in you.

I always try to get the Southern Gravy Biscuit and bo rounds. it's usually good. this batch of Gravy had two chunks of sausage instead of sausage crumbles. they took a patty and broke it into pieces and I got 2 of those pieces. try harder bo jangles, you're losing speed.

normally when i order the Southern Gravy Biscuit Combo I'm happily satisfied but today's was not good. it was in the bag, leaning so hAlf the gravy was in the bottom of the bag. im on a no salt diet, so I'm taste sensitive to salt. this batch was super salty and the biscuits were still gooey. the gravy was very watery. i might have received the last of the biscuits and gravy.sadly.iwon't order it agai.

Sweet tea was unsweet taste like brown water and I ordered fries not no nasty Bo rounds I spent 20$ on a half of sausage biscuit
