Absolutely the worst Doordash order I've ever had and top 5 worst from a fast food place.First, no mashed potatoes asa side, Secondly, both 2pc Breast & Wing orders were leather. Obviously uunder a heat lamp for a long, long time. Lastly, paid over $3 for 8 or 9 green beans(see photo). Absolutely last time with Bojangles.

The chicken in the 2 piece meal was delicious but the french fries had no seasoning on them. Also there was an excessive amount of water that shouldve been drained from the Green Beans which made delivery very messy and limited the amount of green beans in the container. Just seemed like carelessness from the restaurant.

the bo berry biscuits did not have any icing - the bag was ripped open for the chicken biscuit the chicken was horrible hard and the biscuit for the chicken was still dough. I have ordered here multiple times and had a good experience however you can tell they are short staffed and making a lot more mistakes.

The chicken was real dry , got 4 tater rounds that was cold , suppose to have gotten med ff it was small ! Will never order from there online again

This was my first time buying a meal from Bojangles, and it will be the last. All of the chicken items were very bland as if absolutely no seasoning was used. The order itself was mostly correct (e.g. the 12pc 4 Chicken & 8 Bo's Chicken Tenders Meal was supposed to be all white meat instead of the regular white/dark meat mix).
On a positive note, The Bo-Tato Rounds and Mashed Potatoes & Gravy sides were great; however, as the chicken from Popeyes and KFC has a lot more flavor, I'll stick with either of those whenever I'm in the mood for some good old-fashioned fried chicken.
