I am very frustrated because on multiple occasions, I have ordered the chicken sandwich with NO MAYO and they are remarkably inconsistent in their ability to follow this simple instruction. it isn't even a special request, it's a simple checkbox on their own form! I've ordered more than once, bc honestly, it is the best Chicken Sandwich® in town. and it isn't wrong every time. but the inconsistency is so frustrating, especially since it is a very simple sandwich, just 4 parts - chicken, bun, mayo, pickles, so the omission of ONE thing, via their own checkbox makes it seem like a willful ignoring.
highly recommend the basic Steak Biscuit! it is on point - fresh & crispy every time.
highly recommend the Cole Slaw - it is a hit every time, always the same, always flavorful & delicious.
Bo* Fries are another inconsistent thing. when they are good, they are GOOD. sometimes they are too heavy handed with the salt. and it's all-or--nothing, if there is too much salt, it is inedible.

the 5pc Chicken Supremes Combo andBo Bites™ A La Carte and4pc Chicken Supremes Combo andMacaroni & Cheese - 10:30AM to Close was very good and the portion was very good gave me lots of fries and it was fresh and I would order it again sometime!

biscuit was so soft and good and didn't break apart it was very good and mac and cheese was good and frys let's just say it got me full! haha so good

The chicken was over fried in old grease and was burnt and tasted burnt . The biscuits were dry and had zero flavor. This is usually our go to place for chicken but now I will choose another

Order was missing fries and the Bo Bites™ Platter for my 20 students came as the little 15 sandwiches and a Bo Bites™ Combo can as the little sandwiches as well
