Didnt receive my 4$ med fry, thats kinda ridiculous for how much money you pay for a potato. Portion was small. Didnt even wanna cover the bottom of my little 4oz cup with my sides. Very disappointing, will not be ordering from this bojangles again.

Super crispy, and they gave me the right amount of portion this time with my mash potato's. I actually received my fries this time too and they were fresh. Didnt have the best experience the first time but they definitely did it right the second time lol

Ordered large family size Mac and cheese and larg famile size mash po and gravy. Got individual sizes. Checked receipt. Was charged way too much. Dasher was rude when Iasked how I could have my order credited for the difference. She just said that she had dropped it off and it was the restaurant's problem.

Order the large Bo-Tato Rounds® which is $6.49 and they offer to sub it with gravy and French fries... when I asked to get a biscuit which is LESS than the Bo-Tato Rounds® they declined... poor customer service to fix a small problem.
