Love the tenders and both of those soft Bo-Berry Biscuit® fries were rock hard but I know when I get some more they will be fresh from the best (wink)

Lately the fries are too hard to eat. Is either they're giving old fries or they're frying them for too long.

Absolutely horrible! All the food was old, hard and inedible!!! Chicken skin so hard you'd crack your teeth trying to eat it! Pooler area restaurants are the WORST!!!
