Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The bacon on the biscuits was pretty much raw and I paid for extra bacon($3.50 total) and each biscuit only had the one strip cut in half. The Bo Berry biscuit was hard as a rock and inedible. The only thing on this order that didn't go straight to the trash were the Bo Rounds. Worst experience with Bojangles EVER. Tried to call and speak to someone but the phone just rings and rings...frustrating and disappointing to say the least

I got 5 pieces of chicken and 3 tenders, everything was old and dry. horrible Dasher was told they weren't cooking any new chicken

Best meal I've had at a Bojangles locally in quite a while. Do whatever you can to keep those employees! Order was 100% correct and hot.

Two days in a row items left off. Yesterday 1 tea of two combos. Today left egg and cheese off of Cajun filet biscuit. Sure this sounds minuscule but go in the your app and look at the prices. These items add up on top of the other fees and tips.

Bo Bites were overcooked and for the second time recently, they were out of dirty rice (which is my favorite thing on the menu). I work in a restaurant that uses doordash, it's not hard to remove an item if you're out! Won't visit there anytime soon!
