Worst experience ever with Bojangles. All chicken was burnt except for the wings. I didn't receive my fries or biscuits. I have family over and ordered a family meal. Now we have to go find food again. VERY disappointing and embarrassing.

Chicken was cooked ultra well done.. so hard it was an edible. This is not all Bojangles just the one in supply that consistently… Consistently provides poor food and surface.

Southern Gravy Biscuit Combo Biscuits were doughy. Gravy felt greasy. Bo-rounds were soggy. will not be ordering from here again
