Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Well, what can I say? Anytime I get Bojangles, I know to always expect fresh and hot food! Their Bo-Tato Rounds® are always hot and nicely seasoned. The Chicken Supremes® Combo has decently large portions for tenders and other fixings you can get. The seasoning is always the best part, nothing I've ever ordered was plain! Overall, I would order from Bojangles again and again and rate it five stars and above!

The Legendary Iced Tea® Sweet was full of tea grounds. I tasted it and that's all that was in my straw. I poured the tea out and tea grounds covered the bottom of the cup. The cole slaw had a sour taste and the biscuit was hard. I have not had a experience with Bojangles like this before.

I placed my order at 8:17 pm they do not close until 10:00 pm. When I received my order it was not the complete order. I messaged the dasher that it was not complete and called the store to verify the dasher was there to pick up the rest of my order. The Manager told me it would take 20 minutes for the chicken to cook or I could pick the order up tomorrow. I ended up having to go pick up the remainder of my order and did not receive it until 9:30 pm. The chicken was under cooked and they made a mess with the food it was all over the bag. Horrible service.

Took over an hour for them to cook the chicken. Even though I ordered 20 minutes before the dasher got there they said it woukd take 20 minutes to cook the chicken. It took them another 45 minutes to have the chicken ready. I do not think I will go back here again,
