Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ordered the 12pc 4 Chicken & 8 Chicken Supremes® Meal all the chicken was way over cooked and not fresh. The 1/2 gal tea was warm The dirty rice had no flavor and room temp. Paid way too much for the quality of food I was given. This was the bojangles on platt springs near the airport

The creamer was packed with hot fries. This caused them to cool down and the packs to be greasy. They should be packaged separately. The biscuits were not wrapped well. The food tasted fine. Coffee was good after I added my own creamer.

They never have what you order. Ordered the Peach Tea with extra puree so thats 2 dollars unwanted because they dont have anything similar but dont notify customers that they dont have things available! Sonic is ghetto like this too

I had 2 meals missing. I paid for bo size and nothing was bo sized. The fries we did get were cold and stale, it was obvious they were sitting for a while. My family size dirty rice wasnt even half full , it was basically and individual size. I'm very disappointed!
