Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I paid extra for an orange juice and didn't receive it. Also, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit was wrapped in a paper that was too small so it was just spilled out into the bag and my bacon was VERY undercooked. Things like this are why I don't usually order food in Woodruff which is the only deliveries I can get around here.

My bo rounds were burnt because they were cooked in old grease which we could taste. I asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. My biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat it & only had HALF A PIECE OF CHEESE ON IT. No fork, no straw.

The family side I ordered was only filled halfway if that, if I'm paying 6 dollars or more for a side I expect it to be the normal amount that is supposed to be there.

It took an hour to get here. I don’t think it was the dasher’s fault. The app showed him waiting for a bit to bit up the order. That said, you would think that the food would be warm. It was barely warm and got cold quickly. The biscuits were undercooked and doughy. One of the biscuits was not even really there. It was like half a biscuit. We received no straws and no napkins. Poor experience all around and will not order again from Bojangles.

Chicken wasn't done in my biscuit and minutes were dry and overcooked and biscuits didn't hold together
