Chicken Tikka Chicken Tikka Masala was really good. Big chunks of tender chicken. All white meat. The Dhal-Tadka was also delicious. The rice portions were generous. Really worth every penny.

Kashmiri was missing little sweetness like there were no raisins, but the chicken was still delicious and perfectly cooked. Tried the Kadhai for the first time and was very impressed. Such good flavor. Decent portion size, we had a good amount of rice for our meal, thank you.

Chicken Vindaloo is really good!!! the chicken was SO tender and amazing - usually white meat chicken dishes end up dry but this was truly amazing.
Matar Paneer is so good too, so well made and really a perfect vegetarian option. excellent for people who may be newer to indian cuisine and want to try something other than the basics!
Vegetable Samosas are not bad at all, not my favorite honestly but they have good enough flavor and the chutneys they come with were GREAT.
Garlic Naan is AMAZING unbeatable classic incredible beautiful show-stopping i could eat 5 pounds of garlic naan if the lord would allow me
the entrees (chicken vindaloo and matar paneer) also came with a generous side of plain basmati!
overall, the prices may seem a bit high but the quality of the food justifies it for sure

It's hard going from Red Fort Cuisine to Bombay. Meat portions were more, but the flavor of every thing was bland. For the same price at a discounted rate at Bombay, I'd rather have gone to Red Fort Cuisine. Time to step up Bombay!

Best Indian food in Boise, hands down. I'm from jackson heights in queens, considered "little india." The food here rivals the amazing indian food in that neighborhood. It's expensive but it's worth it.
