Love love love this place! Anything with the five spice seasoning is delicious. I always get the 5 Spice Tofu Banh Mi and my boyfriend gets the tacos! Always yummy!

All very inconsistent vegetable cuts and plenty of them, not much of anything else and some last thoughts about everything about this. I used to love this place...unfortunately EVERY SINGLE LOCATION has gone down.

That was a$22 sandwich so expected a bit more!! I think we all know that a bon mi has pickled vegetables, that's what makes it unique and yummy! Those veggies had ZERO taste and didn't even taste like they had been pickled!!! I had to add my own. Just a little diasappointed overall

The consistency here is the issue. Chicken in the Ginger Lemongrass Chicken Salad is super tough. It gets stuck in your teeth. The salad itself has less and less portions. Maybe dont get it delivered. I love this place dont get me wrong, but its very inconsistent.
