We love Bon for sushi!  The sizes of the sushi are getting a little bit smaller overtime like everything else, but still fresh ingredients and a bit cheaper than most sushi places!  The softshell crab is delicious for appetizer when they have it.  We like the New York role and the TNT rolls!  ￼

The New York role is very tasty but when you order it for delivery through DoorDash, it is very tiny pieces and I feel not per value of amount paid. We eat regularly at Bon and have shared their information on neighborhood groups with good reviews. This is disappointing for $26 to Orders of the New York Roll.  Same photo of two orders in each photo,  just different angle.

I paid over $150 for 3 people. Rediculous especially since the chicken karaage was like shoe leather and my Texas Roll had clearly been made many hours before and tasted no different than the cheap, premade rolls at HEB.  Back to Sakura and others in Lakeway.

We eat at Von all the time and was a little disappointed with the portions which are diminished in size for DoorDash. I'll post a picture as this was two orders of the New York row, and one order of yellowtail roll.

Extremely sloppy preparation. Roll fell apart before I could even eat it. The rolls were too close together in the box, causing more damage and causing all the wasabi sauce to be rubbed into the roll and ruined the taste.
