They used to use properly vented boxes so that the chicken remained crispy. This time they used some cheap box so that I paid $33 for a soggy, highly unpleasant mess (and funny enough, the chicken was somehow dried out). This place really went downhill.

I really love Bonchon. But this taste different from Sunnyvale location. It is not as crispy.

20pc strips: they were a quarter size of what used to be, and terribly overcooked, like hard jerky. we used to order often, but we'll never order from them again.
