• 7/4/22The food was totally fresh and hot, and well packaged, but this was not the Bon Chon I know. The batter was off, and the gyoza looked like tortellini.

• 12/31/22The seasoned french fries taste just like normal salted french fries. Chicken is good but that much for normal french fries is atrocious. I don't remember them tasting like that in the past.

• 7/8/22Ordered family meal. Only got 10wings and 6 drumsticks. Fried rice was not the same as before. Requested for utensils but did not get anything.

• 3/31/22The cole slaw was frozen solid, and the spicy chicken was inedibly hot. I'm familiar with their spicy sauce, but this time it was over the top. Bulgogi tacos & zucchini fries were great, tho.
