Excellent first experience ordering Bonchon through DoorDash. I went with the Korean BBQ chicken wings, and they did not disappoint.
The packaging was surprisingly thoughtful—clean, well organized, utensils and napkins included, plus even a wet nap for your hands. The chicken box has air vents so the wings don’t get soggy during delivery, and it worked. The box was full, the pieces were big and juicy, and the chicken arrived in great condition.
The Korean BBQ sauce was excellent. More importantly, they used the right amount. The wings were nicely coated without being drenched in sauce, so you could still enjoy the crispy chicken underneath. Great flavor all around.
The Dasher was excellent as well. My food arrived quickly, was handled with care, and the delivery instructions were followed exactly. That’s exactly what you want from a delivery experience.
I’m giving it four stars for now only because this was my first order and I want to see whether the quality stays this consistent. But I’ll definitely be ordering again—and trying some of the other flavors next time.

This was whack $17 for 6pc and the wings were really wingettes. It was super crumby coleslaw had no flavor and corn was super citrusy. And portion size was small compared to price. $50 for all this. Welcome to Miami!

Seoul Sampler gave us EVERYTHING and more. the food was far so the delivery took a bit longer but the chicken was STILL crunchy. The 2pc Korean Donuts & Sauce were sooooo soft. our sauce was forgotten but we used condensed milk to sub, AMAZING. Everything we ordered was a 10/10. So good.

The chicken tenders were fried so hard that it became jerky. They also added in a normal chicken leg for my sisters order and it was very bland. Would not order again.
