They are so goo about answering phones and your questions. They pack the bags well. Their presentation is neat and efficient. It is an office favorite. Very convenient and consistent with quality, wait time, deliciousness. Great customer service also!!!

Unfortunately, Bondi is now coasting on its reputation. The portions have shrunk by about 50% recently -- and the fish itself is no longer tasty fresh; instead, it seems old. The appetizers like the gyoza purport to be steak -- it seems like hamburger -- and is overpriced. Unfortunately, after years of ordering here, I wont be back. Time to find a new regular.

The Yellowtail Crispy Rice was not crispy.
The Hotbox was fishy in a way you don't want your sushi. I made my way around all 4 rolls hoping one of them was good and I actually couldn't swallow the last one I tried.
The Sesame Seaweed Salad is the only reason this is 2 stars and not one.
The price was insane for the poor quality of food. I would not order here again.

sushi rolls were not cut through properly and all fell apart when picking up from the container. Also not nearly enough wasabi or pickled ginger. As a regular who won't be coming back, this was an expensive and very disappointing experience.

Way less tuna in the Tuna Avocado roll than what is advertising in pictures. Would not order Tuna Avocado again.
