Hotbox with cauli rice is amazing! Get a thicker sauce like eel or ponzu for cauli rice rolls. Their packaging is super cute but do not pour sauce onto it - dip only because the paper leaks the sauce. Great portion and pricing. Sashimi is also excellent.
Krispy rice was okay. The fish was delicious. The rice part I believe is pre-cooked in batches for easier assembly so it kind of has that taste/texture that it's been cooked for a while and sitting there.

The rice was not cooked well at all. The grains were too hard and chewy, and it lacked proper vinegar flavor that sushi rice should have. The individual pieces were lacking in flavor as well. The chu toro was shockingly bland, when the examples I've had in the past, including negi toro, had more flavor and character. Maybe it was just lost under all that chewy bland rice.

Delicious sushi and always fresh. Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice is amazing. Matcha white chocolate cookie is delightful!!

All the sushi was slimy and did not look or taste fresh. Would not recommend. The packaging was cute though
