Slow-cooked meats, eclectic bistro fare, and a large beer selection are all served in an upscale setting at Boneyard Bistro in Sherman Oaks, one of LA's most consistent BBQ restaurants.
We ordered the tx Turkey plate and brisket grilled cheese tonight. Everything from boneyard is incredible!

This was way over priced for what it was. Brisket for 1/2lb - was dry and 6oz (it was so small I actually weighed it to make sure I wasnt crazy)and the beef ribs dry and barely any meat (again 14 1/2 oz instead of a lb even tho 90% was bone) I understand that beef ribs have large bones - but when they send under the amont expected AND whats there is dry - horrible. AND it was $100 for those two items plus delivery with a scoop of beans and a scoop of coleslaw.

Invested a lot in a family meal that just missed the mark in flavor and seasoning. Was initially curious for unique items included on a barbecue restaurant menu but ultimately disappointed and family of 5 with 3 teens left underwhelmed and still hungry.
The portions provided on the ribs and brisket were not enough to substantiate pricing and the corn which touted special butter steamed briefly at best and unseasoned.
Maybe the chili donuts taste better at the restaurant, the onion straws on top of the cured bacon didn't resemble onions at all more like crispy paper. The buratta Brussels were tasty so everything was not lost but the value is not there to order again.

So so disappointing. Extremely expensive and portions are so small, it was pretty shocking. Ordered one of the BBQ meals and also the fish tacos.
BBQ meal: The brisket was decent but the baby back ribs were so tough and had very little meat on them. The 1/4 chicken was definitely not 1/4 chicken.
Fish tacos: one of the tacos actually didn't have any fish in it.
Go elsewhere!

Brisket sandwich was a ripoff. $30.00 for 4 -5 small pieces of meat that barely covered the hamburger bun. Wouldn't order again.
