Put my bbq sauce on before the pic of course, but good and plenty. The turkey is still tender, juicy and flavorful, only Bono's can smoke the turkey they way they do, I haven't had anyone else that can, I'm sure it's a well guarded secret, lol. Everything was really good, hot and fresh.

Had to do some catering for work event and they did a fantastic job at including utensils & packing everything perfectly! The quality of food was amazing.
