Chicken fried steak very good, as always. Reuben sandwich was great (just wish on the delivery order it would have been wrapped completely and wasn't placed on the bottom with the rest of the order placed on top of an unwrapped sandwich, but it was still very good even with the bean gravy leaking on top of it.) The beans are really good .... southern home GOOD! The chocolate and vanilla shakes were so-o yummy good!

The Chicken Fried Steak was very good. Actual tenderized steak (not ground beef & soy patties like a lot of restaurants). The Fish Fry was good as well, though a bit on the too salty side, but still tasty.

The Old Fashioned Burger is so tasty and I love the grilled patty. They are stingy on the lettuce cheese onion and tomato. This is my go to Old Fashioned Burger

tge Steak Toaster was wonderful. HUGE steak pattie, twice the size of tge Texas Toast, very flavorful, crunchy coating, not too much in relationship to the meat, bacon just the right accent. have never had anything less than really good from Boomarang.

The 3 stars are only for Elvin's Omelette with hash browns, biscuit w/sausage gravy and the pancake which were great (as usual). BUT! The Real Reuben Sandwich and Vanilla Shake were dismal at best. The Reuben had very little meat (and I mean VERY little meat) less than a teaspoon of sauerkraut, and very dry bread with little to almost no dressing. The Vanilla Shake was good but only half full, not the usual size for the price ... basically a baby-size shake. It took a very long time for them to complete the order and our Dasher said they were very rude and "unprofessional" to her. Which disappoints me as when we've gone personally to the restaurant and they've always been super friendly and very attentive. I don't understand this to be rude and unprofessional to the people who are doing their job as well, and bring in a very large percentage of their business' profit and patronage. It will be a very long time before I ever order from Boomerang Diner or even go there personally ... IF EVER again!
