The Elvin's Ultimate Breakfast was a bit different this time. Sausage was smaller. The bacon was not crisp as requested, so be aware if you don't like oink in your bacon. The biscuit was big but the gravy was a small portion on the Sausage Gravy & Biscuit. Make sure your order extra gravy! The Soft Drink was as expected. It is what it is. Not consistent, but I'll eat here again.

Boomarang Diner is consistent in their quality of food and service. I've only lived in this town for 1 year, but this rapidly became my favorite restaurant. it reminds me of a diner I visited where I used to live. I am particularly fond of breakfast at any time of day, and you would think ordering breakfast delivered would be a treacherous endeavor, but the man who delivered was on spot. The food hadn't been jostled, it's still hot, and I cannot hardly wait to dig into my dinner. I love the breakfast scramble, but they also have an excellent chicken fried steak and all manner of sandwiches and other items. also child friendly.

Chicken Fried Steak was basically just crust. Probably 1/4 of it was actually meat and the rest was just crust. When I opened the tray it was a giant chicken fried steak, but I would rather it be small and have a equal crust to meat ratio.

So for one, the donuts look and smell awesome, but you charge $6 for a shake and it comes in a small kids cup, barely even 2/3s full. Shame on your cows, Boomerang's.

Famous Fish Fry????? 6 finger length pieces. Actually took photos, but, whoops, it wouldn't accept. I also had a chili cheese dog, and side salad. As time goes on, prices go up, portions go down. Only 38 dollars, oh and no tartar sauce!
