• 2/8/25The Bucatini Amatriciana tasted exactly like in Rome. I could not believe that the pasta arrived al dente and still hot. The guanciale was top quality, crispy, and flavorful. Perfect amount of sauce, with just enough left to dip the bread. This place is the real deal. Can't wait to try the other dishes.
