Everything was wonderful! The Fried Fish (Flounder) was flavorful and not dried out. The lima beans were tender and tasty, the cabbage cooked perfectly and well peppered, and the mac and cheese was divine! Huge portions — you will not go away hungry!

I was at the salon getting my hair done. I hadn't eaten anything all day and I needed something to eat!! Bosco's Baby always hits the spot!! I ordered the meat and three and selected the flounder, green beans, collards and pinto beans. Everything was delicious and flavorful. The portions were big enough for me to eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner.

Unfortunately, I was not a fan of any of the flavor profiles of anything I purchased. The mashed potatoes tasted like the boxed flakes mashed potatoes with rosemary added in (the herb flavor itself was nice). The Mac and cheese was okay, just on the drier side of my preference. The collard greens were extremely salty. Like high blood pressure from the first bite. It had some hidden flavors after the first few chews that the salt unfortunately overpowered. I wasn't a fan of the flavor of the meatloaf at all, it just was vey different than expected. It was oily/juicy and needed more sauce in my opinion. The cornbread was thin, dry, and lacked flavor especially compared to other places that sell cornbread. The chicken and waffles was a huge portion, but had no syrup at all and 1 little scoop of softened butter. The waffles dry and needed syrup or special sauce. The chicken was HEAVILY seasoned and chewy...makes me think it wasn't cooked all the way through because even looking at it was a bit questionable. Also, the flavor of the chicken seasonings did not pair well with the sweet potato waffle. They simply didn't compliment each other together or apart. The lemon cake was small and lacked flavor. The red velvet cake had no flavor at all. Usually you can taste the hint of cocoa or something, but this was more bland than a vanilla cake. I was really looking forward to this meal and hate the disappointment in every single item I ordered.

The Salmon & Grits were delicious. Lots of flavor and plenty of grits. I just wish more salmon on the dish. I loved that it was cheddar and jalapeño grits too!
Chicken & Sweet Potato Waffle was ok. The waffle was delicious but the chicken did not taste good. Seemed old or over fried or something. Not sure what part of chicken was used. Would've preferred chicken wings or another chicken part.

Chicken was falling off the bone tender, but there were more bones than meat. Green beans tasted like raw onions. Corn bread was missing. Pound cake slice was so small, & was not good. I've ordered before with much better experience. But not this time.
