absolutely DELICIOUS! the jalapeño bagel with loaded potato smear literally sent me to heaven, it even outshines the Yardbird which had chicken & bacon. if you like loaded baked potato soup and or bacon wrapped jalapeños, you will absolutely adore the jalapeño bagel with loaded potato smear, take my word for it :)

The lattes were delicious.
Went a little heavy on the cream cheese on both bagels.
The smoked salmon portion was light considering the price point for this item.

Cold Brew was delicious!!!Roll Your Own was so good the portion size is huge, bagel is so fresh and everything was just really good. Would order again!

I love this place. My 1st experience was actually at the airport, and I have been "chasing the dragon" ever since. I've ordered both in store, and on DoorDash, but it's never been the same.
My airport experience included a perfectly toasted, crisp yet chewy bagel, topped with the perfect balance of schmear, salmon, capers, and red onion. However, every other order -- despite selecting "dark toast," has been under toasted, and out of balance.
Without being toasted, the texture is more like a gummy bear all the way through, and the schmear made the bagel soggy, ruining the texture.
They have told me that their industrial toaster tends to lightly toast, basically just warming the bagel. Ok. If this is the case, and a known issue, why not run it through twice -- especially when it's ordered as "dark toast?"
I realize it's just a bagel, but I've tasted the potential , and it is almost $12.

Hands down the best bagel I have ever had. Had the Asiago bagel with the green onion schmear. My new favorite bagel shop.
