We order all the time especially when we are with the extended family (and so many children) and have also tried all the other Uyghur places, this was hands down the best. The stir fried Dry fried somen with handmade noodles 干煸炒面(手工面）was really tasy especially for children, the Uyghur Style Polo 羊肉手抓饭 was not only great but also a good portion, the Bostan special Lagmen 过油肉拌面was my favorite and reminded me of home (Afghanistan, there was something just so cozy about it. Im bummed I didnt try to the mantu but will do next time. Also the kabob was flavored well.

The Eggplant Salad 茄子沙拉 is my go-to dish anytime I'm in the area. I think this is my 4th or 5th time ordering it. So delicious!!! The Kazan Lamb Kabab 葱爆羊肉 was a great addition to my meal!!! Hot and great portion size!

-The Cold Skin Noodles凉皮 are amazing, the sauces really threw me back to Xinjiang/China, the noodles are nice a chewy, and rest of the topings are nice and fresh. Ideally there would be more toppings (tofu sponge, cucumber, and cilantro) and more sauce - again delicious!!
-The Lamb Kabab烤羊肉串 was perfectly cooked with delicious and authentic seasoning. Con: $5/skewer is a bit expensive considering it's a small.
-The Saozi Noodles 哨子面 were good. Great portion, vegetables were nice. Not my favorite dish on the menu but still good.
Preparation was quick, delivery was great.
Overall, im very satisi and look for to going back again soon!!

The dasher sat waiting for over 30 minutes and the food was lukewarm when it arrived. The kebab comprised 5 small pieces of meat, so it cost about $1/piece. The samsa was good, but the special lagman was bland. I tried calling the restaurant, but it kept going to voicemail.
