New Bourbon & Bacon BBQ Rotisserie Chicken was delicious and well as their classic rotisserie dark.

I don't normally write negative reviews but I feel like I must in order to keep other customers from being bamboozled by the menu's false advertising. Boston Market has altered multiple menu items without updating their menu to give you an accurate description of what you will be getting. The "creamed spinach" is not creamed. It was plain, sautéed and very watery. The cilantro lime rice was just plain rice with little pieces of carrots in it. It was very bland. I had also ordered a "large" and the container I got was pretty small for what I paid for. The half rotisserie chicken was bland and somewhat dry. The only thing I really enjoyed was the sweet potato casserole and the cornbread was okay.

Idk where this food came from but none of it tasted like it came from Boston Market. The worst part was the Mac and cheese. It tasted like it came from a retire home. Zero flavor. And the cornbread was so hard that we couldn't eat it. We also ordered a 2 liter coke and they sent 3 small bottles of Diet Coke. None of it was good.

The chicken tasted very strange. I'm pretty sure they have me one of their flavored versions and not just the normal chicken. couldn't eat it, but can't really prove the substitution so don't feel right requesting a refund, even though that was $17 spent on something that went straight in the trash.

The Mac and cheese was runny and salty, the sweet potatoes were NOT sweet and the chicken was dry and tasted burnt. I have never had Boston Market taste so terrible in my life. This was very disappointing and a waste of my money.
