Totally worth the price!! Very good deal for family meal. Can feed more than suggested amount and have left overs. And it taste really really good hot and fresh! Perfect for when you don't feel like cooking or have company over.

I own a restaurant management firm and have been a loyal Boston Market customer my entire life, my mother even worked for Boston Chicken when was younger. So I dont take writing a negative review lightly, but these recent changes to the chicken, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese have ruined Boston Market for me. The chicken is bland and dry, the mashed potatoes taste like they are instant and the once great Mac and cheese is terrible. I have tried 3 different times over the past 3 months thinking maybe it was just a bad day but the quality each time has just gotten worse.

corn stake dry meatloaf dry no gravy on it or on mash potatoes, wont be ordering from here again. waste of money

We ordered just before close (7:24pm) so I already felt terrible... so let me state that first. My daughter is sick with a stomach bug and she really wanted chicken noodle soup. I had not realized it was getting kind of late... and on a Sunday. I had to find somewhere to get soup and feed the rest of the family. I ordered the family Two Meat Family Meal Combo with chicken, meat loaf, 8 corn bread, broccoli, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and 2 chicken noodle soups. I also ordered the Pulled BBQ Rotisserie Chicken to have and just reheat for lunch tomorrow.
We received chicken, meat loaf, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, greens (not broccoli), and 4 corn bread. That's all.
I called the driver to check and see if there was a bag left in his car but he said no. He also said he would be happy to go back if they were still open. This set the tone for what's to follow (so thankful)!
I called the restaurant to see if they were open and see if they had a bag left behind. I was told they didn't have Pulled BBQ Rotisserie Chicken at that location and was offered brownies in its place. They were also only showing one order of chicken noodle soup. Since it could have been a glitch in the order I just requested 2 soups (why I originally ordered from there anyway and didn't receive). They were nice about waiting and making sure I was able to get my girl her soup. They also sent a brownie and cookie too.
All-in-all, the food was great, our driver was fantastic, and they did try to correct the order, but most importantly- my girl got her chicken soup. <3

This was supposed to be the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, wasn't spicy. Just seemed like a regular club.
