Besides the fact that a whole item (create your own bowl) was missing from my order, the food is not up to par, or similar, to any other Boston market I have been to in the past. The macaroni and cheese was extremely dry and had no cheese on the noodles. The sweet potato casserole was decent. The containers were even different from other Boston markets. Not impressed and still hungry since I didn't even get my meal.

Chicken was chewy. Mac and cheese is nothing like it used to be. It was noddles in basically salt water.

The chicken was great but I ended up with potatoes, super peppery mashed pota that were inedible, and sweet potatoes ... it was alot of starch. No stuffing or veg medley as requested. I usually love the food so Im hoping it was an off day

The quality of Boston market has definitely gone down. Everything was so bland, it was highly disappointing. They clearly swapped recipes for cheaper ingredients and it shows.
