• 9/8/25I placed an order that included pizzas and five ranch dips, which I paid $4.19 each for — over $25 total. I expected Boston Pizza’s signature house-made ranch, which is a huge part of why I order from BP in the first place. Instead, I received Kraft ranch — a completely different product that is cheap, watery, and absolutely not worth even close to what I paid.
The difference in quality is massive. BP’s house ranch is rich, creamy, flavorful, and honestly one of the best things on the menu. Kraft ranch, on the other hand, is bland, processed, and something I’d never willingly eat — let alone pay a premium price for.
When I called to ask what happened, the manager (who refused to give his name) told me the ranch “changes depending on what the kitchen orders.” That is a ridiculous excuse. There was no warning or disclaimer about this substitution on the menu, app, or receipt. I would never have ordered five dips — or any at all — had I known I’d be receiving a low-grade store-bought product at restaurant prices.
To make matters worse, the manager was dismissive and rude, offering no solution, no refund, and no accountability. This level of service is unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on the brand.
If you’re going to replace a signature item with a completely inferior product, your customers deserve to be told in advance — not after they’ve wasted their money.
I’ve been a loyal BP customer for years, but this experience has me seriously reconsidering where I spend my money. Extremely disappointing.

• 10/12/25Luke warm. Took out the bread from the soup and there half a cup of soup. For 12 dollars I expect more. Also there were burnt cheese bits from the edge of the toast that's tastes burnt.

• 5/10/26Chicken & Mushroom Fettuccini paid $5 for extra sauce and it was super dry. Very unsatisfactory for the price!
