Flavour is amazing, as usual! Side dish portions were the smallest ever.....half of the usual amount.

Two slices of chicken breast for a 25$ sandwhich is disappointing. Was good otherwise just unfortunate

We have never had such a "dry", crunchy noodle on top (hardly any bolognese ) with the slightest amount of mozzarella....it was like they forgot to finish constructing it before baking... it was chewy to try and eat. However, our pizza was good.

I've had Boston's Lasagna many times over the years and never once have I had the Lasagna baked with the cheese, and no sauce...making the noodles dry and then having to add the small container of sauce myself. Not enough sauce and noodles were dry. plus cheese was not baked into the sauce but only onto the plain noodles. would not order from this BP again. order was missing the Coleslaw. no ketchup, salt or vinegar with the fries.

1. ) Recieved Incomplete/wrong order- paid extra $6.29 to add extra meatballs to my Smoky Mountain Spaghetti Meatballs order but never got upgraded.
2.) Chocolate explosion cake was changed to cheesecake with a note saying the were out.
