• 12/3/24Got two kids Chicken Fingers, one with Cesar salad, one with sweet poato fries. Tasty yummy and it is how I expected it to be other than the fries coming with ranch, which is fine I dont think I saw what the fries come with (idk if it says, i dont think it said), so I assumed it would be mayo, but it was good wih the fries so thats cool. 10/10 would recommend this meal. (In photo I put both the chicken fingers together, took off the crutons, and mixed in the dressing)

• 6/21/23I've made this order about a dozen times and I got HALF THE AMOUNT OF FOOD I usually get! The sweet potato fries are in a tiny aluminum bowl instead of the cardboard box. Food was good, order was correct, just way less food than expected!

• 5/17/26Second time that I ordered Classic Nachos (Starter Size) with extra cheese. The order arrives with half burnt nachos with barely any cheese.

• 3/12/26I ordered extra items. Prosciutto and tomatoes, but just got a pepperoni pizza. Fraud 1. French onion soup supposed to have cheese and bread. No. Just a really salty broth for $12!!!

• 6/18/26I ordered double order of wings.
one was plain and the other was Tai.
They both arrived on the same box
(so 1 box for two sets of wings. The soggy carrot and celery were thrown on the top with the dip.
Needless to say, the dip was now like water. This is the 5th time this has happened. I keep ordering, thinking it will get better,but no.
The last time my double wings were burnt. I just don't get it with BP.
They have gotten very sloppy and it seems the chefs at the Square One location do not care or have any loyalty to BP.
Well, that was my last time. For me, its just a waste of money
