The ONLY complaint is that the Ital Plate didn't come with plantains as pictured. This food was made with love and the meat pies delayed the order but let me tell you the FLUFFY CRUNCH. Amazing. And the jerk chicken was addictively good! Perfect Jamaican Food 10/10 chefs back there

I've ordered several times from this restaurant. I have enjoyed their selections especially their oxtails. I have noticed that the quantity of the order has been significantly decreasing. However this last order...will be my last order. These 4 TINY oxtails were NOT worth the cost!

I didn receive what I ordered at all! My plate was supposed to have white rice w/ calalloo instead i received undercooked cabbage that had weird black pellets in it and a piece of broccoli (idk which was weirder), instead of white rice I received rice&peas. The Brown Stew Fish (Dinner) was cold and stale as if it'd sat out for 2 days I couldn't even cut it with a knife! The Mac N Cheese was the only warm item (which upsets me more because the delivery driver waited almost 2 hours for my food so I just knew everything would be fresh) anyway I received less than a handful of Mac& Cheese which I couldn't eat because it too had a bunch of black specks in it and no it was not pepper which I payed $6 for. DoorDash only refunded me $7 which I still haven't received at this moment. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied because this was one of my favorite places to order from, usually the food is fresh and plate is packed (forgot to mention it was also missing the plantains) this is the 3rd time I've had a bad experience, I have no Idea if it's a staff issue or what but they've definitely gone downhill. I will no longer be ordering here as I've given 3 chances to do better smh.

I had one piece of chicken and there was hardly any meat on the 2 oxtails. The bit of meat that was on there was so tough and hard to chew. So basically I had rice and peas and Callaloo. I've ordered from here before and the food was good. I guess it was too close to closing time. They gave me what was left.

Really enjoy the authentic flavors. Jerk seasoning is excellent and this is one of the few places that doesn't serve baked chicken with dry rub on it. The portion sizes are a bit smaller than preferred, but know that when people are complaining about size it's because they usually enjoy and want more. Reminds me of a place that I used to go to in Brooklyn, NY so you KNOW that flavor is doing its thing.
