The Cluckin' Hot Mango Bacon nice warm spice with a touch of sweetness for balance. The African Peanut Stew very warm spice, peanut flavor in the back of the bite. Mango Lassi was substituted with a large Blood Orange lassi. the blood orange with the same mix, so refreshing and a wonderful balance for the spicy stew. the stews are biscuit "heavy" but necessary for sopping up the goodness of the stews. they are light , fluffy and buttery! I appreciate that she called and offered substitutes for items not ready or unavailable. I will order again. Bon Appetit!

The Cluckin' Hot tastes HEAVENLY! Perfectly seasoned & cooked with the most delicious biscuit to compliment this dish of paradise. This is honestly the BEST thing I've ever ordered on Door Dash. The Peach Tea also AMAZING!!!! 10 stars!!

My favorite restaurant in Owensboro! Her biscuits are in fact boujie with generous portions, and fresh ingredients full of flavor! This biscuit is a full meal so dont let price scare you. This one is the Spicy Italian. Cluckin Hot might be my fav but I havent had a bad one yet! You will be satisfied!

The Cluckin' Hot is equivalent to staying at a 5 star, all-inclusive resort, on the beach. It's THAT good. The Lord definitely blessed the hands that prepared this dish!
The Bourbon Nut dessert is just as delicious! I originally ordered The Georgia Peach Cobbler but got the Boutbon Nut in it's place, due to them being out of peaches (I ordered before her food truck arrived - The Georgia Peach The Georgia Peach Cobbler is THAT darn good!) She (owner) called me to ask if she make something, anything I wanted, in it's place. She did not disappoint! Just as delicious! The Peach Tea is bomb as well. I'll sing Boujee Biscuit's praises all day long! Highly recommend everything on the menu!

The Gravy Train or Gravy Train on Fire was good. However, it could have used more of the Cluckin Hot Sauce.
