They don't give you the option to leave them notes for orders. However, they almost always understand the assignment! I love extra banana. So I'm always a happy camper when I get my bowl and there's plenty of bananas!

Carrot soup is always good. Usually the Times Square Tartine is good but this time the carrots tasted overwhelmingly smoking and the bread was soggy. Tartine was made carelessly.

I don't know what was wrong with my order but something in it tasted bad like rotten. I was so sad and only ordered one salad with a few extra things and it was expensive and I had to throw it away. Something was off maybe dressing or something in it. I was so excited too to try this place.

We have always loved the smoothies and avocado toast but today everything we got was just not great. The smoothies didnt taste like they usually do, and had lots of chunks of ice. They were watery and not well blended. Not sure if the recipes changed. Also, Avocado toast is different now and not nearly as good as it used to be. Was 5-star for us for awhile. Now more like 3 stars.
