• 7/4/26Food was great and amazing. Biggest issue was not getting all the sides but didn't ruin our evening. Very tender meat, great Pulled Pork Tacos and Catfish Tacos. The combo plate was a very generous portion of meat.

• 12/25/24Bourbon has the very best barbeque in Bozeman. The chicken wings are far superior to chain restaurants. The brisket, ribs, and sides are all fantastic. Service is always superb--in spite of the fact that they seem always packed. Live music, dancing are the occasional amenities. Best in class.

• 3/19/26The brisket was ok but the sausage was dry and hard. For 33 bucks you only get 3 small pieces of meat and one sausage. Bad value for the money.

• 10/29/25Hush Puppies ($13.85) were charred black and all you could taste was the char. Ordered a side dark chicken expecting a nice looking thigh ($5.85) and received 2 small legs with barely any meat. Ordered the Birria Tacos ($20+) which were soggy, sloppy, no queso fresco, very little cilantro and alot of onion. Side house salad was "EH". I have lived here for over 30 years. First and last time trying Bourbon. Should have just taken 2 $20 bills and set them ablaze!!! WHAT A WASTE!!!! Cannot recommend Bourbon. I regret not ordering from somewhere else. SUSAN M.

• 9/21/23Very disappointing. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was small, very dry, and not particularly flavorful. A sparse handful of cold fries. Felt like a bait and switch with the photo provided by the restaurant. Edible but would not recommend. Also was shorted sauce that cost extra.
