The business model was simple: prepare some darn amazing food, give back to the community to help keep the lights turned on, and have as much fun as the law would allow!
Both full order of red beans and rice and the 1/2 and 1/2 chicken jambalaya and etouffee were piping hot and delicious! The breadwas fresh and hot too! Dasher was in within 20 minutes ! Great food, great dasher Jakob! Thank you!

Normally VERY delicious, but this time white rice(no jambo upgrade) and the etoufee had 1 very small piece of chicken. The sauce was also very runny and not thick and set correctly with shredded chicken

The rice was very clumpy and soggy. Like it was old. There was not but maybe 4 or 5 slices of sausage in the whole order. Very disappointing compared to previous experiences. I couldnt even eat it all. The bread was delicious per the usual.

If you want authentic tasting cajun food Id say try literally anything in this menu and you will not be disappointed by the quality or quantity of the food.
They really are too good to be true, it sucks they dont have as much attention as they should in a world that overcharges and under performs.

All three entrees lacked their featured meat - and were saltier than anything I've ever eaten! I really couldn't taste much beyond that
