Rib tips w/ 2 sides are the absolute best! Highly recommend. Tips were tender and love the cut! Mac n cheese, baked beans and collard greens seasoned to perfection! A must taste! Everything was great! I bought 2 orders, but was so excited while tasting that I forgot to take a picture of both.

If you want the south in your mouth, this place is IT! And the portions were out of control. I got the Rib Tips with 2 Sides and expected maybe 10 tips for the price, but it was literally overflowing. And the sauce needs to be bottled. New fave go to for sure

We ordered Half Rack with 2 Dinner Sides. The portions were generous enough to share. The Ribs were so flavorful and tender that we didn't even use the BBQ sauce. The mac & cheese was creamy & tasty. And the greens were seasoned perfectly. Definitely will order again & highly recommend!! :-)

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was cooked perfectly and came out hot. The portions were generous, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients plus more. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. That included utensils , napkins, etc. The atmosphere was cozy and clean, and beautiful perfect for both a casual meal and a perfect meal after working long hours. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while my entire 2 years in San Diego. Highly recommend! Great job team at Bowlegged BBQ.

RIBS QUARTER RACK W/ TWO SIDES were super dry and 2 were just burnt and dry Mac & cheese is good the greens have sugar in them so that wasn't good the 2 PIECE CHICKEN A LA CARTE was straight dry but edible unfortunately ique was closed today so I ordered here and it was a waste of money I don't know what happened bowlegged used to be so good
