You can always tell when a burger is made fresh with quality ingredients. My burger was made to order and arrived hit, juicy and tender. Cooked through without being overcooked and dried out. Fries are great, made with fresh potatoes and also cooked to order. Overall experience was excellent but I wish there were more onions on my burger.

EXCELLENT!!! it's hard to find a good burger and fries, especially delivered. I don't know what magic they're using but when the food arrives after delivery, the burger is delicious and not runny the lettuce is not wilted and the bun is not soggy the fries are very impressive when they arrive. They produce a really good product at the store and somehow managed to get it to you through delivery and still great condition. Very impressed.

I ordered the Cyrill Figgus burger. While the burger was cooked perfectly for me, there was no creamy goat cheese spread, no lettuce, barely any fig jam and no bacon for which I paid extra. I was sorely disappointed. My husband got build your own burger which was good. The garlic mayo side was wonderful.
We got an order of cheese bacon fries which again had no bacon and used cheese sauce with no real cheese. They were nice and hot.
I will try one more time as they are close which is important to get everything hot. Hopefully this was a one off.

Everything is always extremely fresh and delicious. Best burger in town! Perfect size and will get food from here as long as they're around!

Fries were so salty they were inedible. Chicken special wasn't great, the chicken was overcooked and greasy.
