Absolutely amazing treats and customer service! The brownie Sundaes are so delicious. The last 2 times that I've ordered from there, someone has written "Thank you Carrie!" on my brown bag. That may not mean much to some, but the added personalization was just really cool to me. They certainly have a happy customer here! Highly recommend!

I order from here at least once a week lately & of all the times tonight was the first time not being satisfied. I ordered 5 large Soft Serve & usually the cup is nice & full but tonight they were all filled half way. I also ordered the ice cream nachos with rocky road topped with brownie pieces. The scoops werent gener as they usually are & there was barely any waffle cone chips at the bottom which is supposed to be the base of the item because without it you basically just a couple scoops of ice cream which would have been cheaper!! There were no label stickers in any of the treats as there is usually to prevent tampering. Tonight this was just definitely not worth the $30 spent which is disappointing.

We love Bradley's! This crew does an excellent job. Above and beyond. If there were Michelin Stars for ice cream joints they'd have 4! We're moving soon and are going to miss this place.

Ordered the nachos with cookies n cream & "crazy cookie dough" I believe, with extra cherries, and walnuts: not crazy about the cookie dough ice cream (just not my style) but the cookies and cream is good, and no cherries for put on it
