Always great, everything is always so fresh, the service is impeccable- loved my raisin coconut bun, the pork/ham and cheese sandwich is fantastic, and the cheese loaf slice looks so simple but is so special because is just hits the spot. Great to have these things on hand while we're stuck inside for a frigid blizzard!

I sincerely love this place. It's not horribly expensive and you get a good amount for the price you pay. Best part is, everything tastes great! My favorite by far is the Sun Flower Seed Slice.

The bubbles in the tea were either old or undercooked they were hard in the center and I was expecting hot buns but to my surprise they were prepackaged frozen buns.

Everything was delicious except for the Japanese cheesecake which tasted a bit .. like plastic? It was hard to place but it seemed a bit off. The Portuguese egg tart and cupcake were amazing though.
