Had the kumquat tea with kumquat boba which was out of the boba...they called and asked what I wanted to replace with! Awesome. Pork Banh Mi with Pate & Egg...very very good! Will be ordering here again for sure!

The Grilled Beef Bánh Mì was good and flavorful, but I have had better Grilled Pork Banh Mi at other places. Both had very little meat for the price.

The coffee is decent but the boba is trash. Terrible terrible flavor. The texture is off. They are oddly shaped. It is just all around not good.
