The eggs and meat on the sandwich were great but the bagels are terrible. They are like rubber seems like they microwaved frozen bagels. It was terrible

The bagels are great but for once I'd like to get everything I've ordered. If they don't have a flavor, they just give you plain even though I request a refund if they're out. Not sure why they just won't refund me if they don't have what I want.
