I love Bolay and was about to order a bowl, but $18 for some kale, sweet potato and lemon chicken was over the top. Bricks & Bowls came up in the recommended and I started looking through the menu. The base price for a bowl was $12 so I figured that adding toppings would bring the price to like $20. The options list is insane! I got my kale, some quinea, roasted veggies, grilled chicken, beets (one of my favorites), cucumber, sweet potato (to die over), edamame, and big clumps of fresh mozzarella - all included in the $12 price!!! I wasn't sure how the I selected a vinegar dressing and hoped for the best. Oh my dear Lord. It was the best thing I've eaten in so long. Packed! The bowl is (was) packed! The dressing tied all the ingredients together perfectly. Healthy, quality, nutritious foods for the same cost as a flat greasy smash burger on a stale bun with lettuce (no cheese).
Bricks & Bowls is a huge YES.

Chicken Chicken Salad Focaccia was massive and absolutely out of this world good.

Mayan Chicken Focaccia never disappointed with their monthly specials! Amazing flavor, so creative, fresh and perfect! Black bean Black Bean Soup was nice and packed with flavor. Pineapple White Chocolate Cookie unreal!! They make the best cookies, I have to try every one of them. Filled with fresh flavors and baked to perfection, this cookie is incredible!!!

Amazing quality every time. The ingredients are always super fresh and the cookies are my absolute favorite. I wish the price was a tad bit lower for a full brick but it gets me nice and full with the portions. Would order again.

If the side salad portion was worth the $6.95 I would buy it every time with my focaccia pizza because the flavor is amazing but the portion size is a bit disrespectful. Wish I had taken a picture when I ordered it. It was fresh and tasty but definitely not worth seven dollars for four bites.
