I ordered the Mac Bowl Smoked Mac-N-Cheese Base with brisket as my meat of choice. For my sides, I went with mac and cheese, country beans, and potato salad. Let me just say—the portions are huge. You might not be able to tell from the pictures, but I’m pregnant and a certified big back, so when I say it’s a lot of food, trust me—it’s a lot.
Unfortunately, they were out of the 1/4 Slab of Spare ribs, so I didn’t get to try those. But everything I did get was packed with flavor. The brisket was moist and perfectly seasoned, the country beans were absolutely delicious, and the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting. The potato salad leaned more on the sweet side—not really my thing—so next time I’ll probably go for coleslaw instead.
Overall, the flavor and portion size make the price almost unbelievable. This place is super affordable, and you will not be disappointed. What I ordered was more than enough for both lunch and dinner!

This is the second time they forgot my sides which I ordered separately from the meal deal. It's like they do it on purpose, please just go in person and make sure they don't forget anything.

No utensils. I would think I'd get some kind of bbq sauce. Also asked for smoked jalepeno which I didn't receive. Everything tastes fine.
