Man this is the best gumbo I have ever had! If you love broad and banks you'll love this Gumbo 10x better! It has the PERFECT smooth sexture, different meats including chicken in which I love! The whole cup filled me up. Get your rice on the side for extra lol! So yummy I'll definitely be coming here everytime for gumbo now !

So, I'm new to NOLA and may not be understanding of their interpretation of fried rice and fried chicken, here are the pros and cons:
Food came piping hot and that is great!
Food came without any utensils. I had no fork or spoon to eat my fried rice.
Chicken pieces had odd sizing, not even sure I got 5 full wings (they call it a 10-piece but that is only cause they are counting the flat and drum as 2 pieces, you are getting 5 wings total, at best).
Chicken had feathers still. Fried feather pieces. That's just gross. Pick the feathers off of the raw chicken!!!
Seasoning was salt. Maybe pepper. No Cajun or creole seasoning on the chicken.
Fried rice had brightly colored red/orange shrimp. What dye are they using? Who knows?
Fried rice was brown, but not a single piece of green veggies...no green onions, no regular onions, no heavy soy sauce flavoring, nada. Plainest fried rice. Still better than Panda Express in some regards.
Lastly: I ordered sweet potato fries. They substituted French fries. French fries were the shoestring kind like McDonalds and not bad. I just wish I had the option to decline as I really wanted sweet potato fries and not regular fries.
With a utensil and clean fried chicken and maybe some green onions on the shrimp fried rice, I would have been happy.

I ordered 5lbs of crawfish and only received 4lbs. The crawfish I did receive did not all taste the same like they were from different boil pots and mixed in together. Some were dirty and tasted grainy, others were too hot and not enjoyable, and after having 2 or 3 that tasted like some kind of cleaning agent I decided to toss them out.

Boiled Crabs Large are definitely worth it. My first time ordering and I'll be making it a regular order.
The House special shrimp rolls (6) are my favorite off the menu. Always crispy and seasoned 10/10.
Everything is fresh and hot.

Crawfish hot and perfectly seasoned, ham and cheese and shrimp Poboys were perfect! There was so much shrimp on the sandwich! Very satisfied with this store!
