They always work with my requests and make everything delicious. The bagels are soft, the rolls are light and fluffy. Bacon is always crispy and a good ratio to the rest of the ingredients so you get enough in every bite.

Ice carmel latte could have been sweeter but that's my personal preference.
The Egg Sandwich with Bacon was super tasty, and they actually listen to the order notes. Tendernism for sure.
The Fresh Orange Juice is literally the best orange juice I've had. You can taste the freshness.

the iced caramel latte is bomb i was scared at first since most cafes have weird burnt tasting coffee. Also i really liked the Novak lox bagel. I thought it wouldn't have been worth it because of the price but the bagels are really big and the salmon is fresh

the sausage bagel sandwich is HUGE and delicious. the coffee and orange juice were really good and cream and sugar were included. I ordered extras for dinner tonight and breakfast tomorrow and I'm glad I did.

I ordered an everything bagel with capers, onion, lettuce, and tomato. I left special instructions to cut bagel in 4 quarters to make it less difficult for me as a senior to bite/chew. I was graciously accommodated. The freshness was incredible, large portions of lox, tasted delicious. I will continue ordering Lox and highly recommend to anyone desiring a delicious bagel lox. Also, I requested bagel to be triple toasted and it was nicely toasted without burnt edges.
