Crunchy Burger is one of the best chicken burgers in Canberra fresh and full of flavour and the chip couldn't of been better.
10 Wings so good I will definitely be getting more next time, so flavourful and I couldn't taste the oil everyone loved them.
Sweet potato Chips so crispy and perfectly cooked and a good healthy option for the kids.
Gravy what to say about the gravy it had to be the most amazing I've had, I don't think I could get better in Canberra.

Liked the chips a lot because they came fresh and hot. The Delux Chicken Burger was surprisingly a lot of bread with not enough chicken. The ratio was pretty off. Overall taste was alright. Food was fresh and portion size was decent.

The last two times we ordered we noticed the pieces were smaller. Breasts were cut in half. This last order had a backbone that was breaded and fried and counted as the fourth piece. Too bad the chicken is really good. Hope the owner sees this and corrects the issues. Would hate to see them shut down.

Resubmitting as it seems it submitted with no stars when I intended 5 stars and despite being emailed confirmation of the review acceptance I can neither see it on here so therefore not edit the stars either and the email seems to show zero stars too.
Unexpectedly excellent, the quality and dedication to home-style food (done well) of the original Kingsley's from 20 years ago... meeting the almost-addictive appeal and so-satisfying taste of KFC from 20 years ago. The perfect pairing unobtainable for so long from the original masters of fried chicken but with the best qualities of each in a way that would make both Mr Kingsley and Colonel Sanders philosophical love-child extremely proud! The delivery person even followed the basic delivery instructions properly - something even rarer these days than quality old-school fried chicken. The overall hospitality fast-food industry may have declined so much by this point, but whoever is behind this gem of a venue is a true iconoclast. If this order is representative of their usual quality and basic respect for the customer - something so rare to find anymore as sad as that is... Then Broaster Chicken is a well kept secret to the level of the original Harry's Cafe de Wheels. There is no higher compliment I could give a venue than that. Simply outstanding, dare I say even... true Australian-style adapted southern-fried chicken perfection. Even the chips are the perfect pairing of the original amazing KFC and Kingsley's style imho. Broaster Chicken? Nay... the Best Chicken and Chips Satisfaction - Bravo, simply Bravo! 💯 An actual transcendent food experience... until I encountered the ABYSMAL support interface for your store trying to send a compliment direct as well.
